Before sorrow, anger,
longing, or fear have arisen,
you are in the center.
When these emotions appear
and you know how to see through them,
you are in harmony.
That center is the root of the universe;
that harmony is the Tao
which reaches out to all things.

Once you find the center
and achieve harmony,
heaven and earth take their proper places and all things are fully nourished.

Course Organization:

This course is designed to be completed in 3-weeks, but you could complete it in 3-hours, and you will have access to the full resource library for 60 days.

Preliminaries: This section includes some preliminary info, resources, and an overview of the course.

Practices & Class Library: I recommend doing a couple of the practices here before engaging with the theory. Practice is what give theory a place to be embodied. Additionally I have over 200 videos I will be adding in a little each week to improve the sound quality before publishing. ACCESS THE LIBRARY HERE.

Principles of Energy: These sections include philosophy and theory.

Private Sessions: Included in this course is a 50-min private zoom session with Andrew. You can schedule it HERE. Point of advice, don’t delay in scheduling this session. Scheduling the session will create a motivator in your subconscious to do some of the practice videos and will kick-start your practice as well as hold you accountable. Additional private sessions

How to get the most from this course:

  1. Do at least 3 practices a week

  2. Even better do at least one 15-min practice video each day. To get the most out of this course: do either the 15-Min Meditation or the 15-Min Jung Choong Breathing Practice AND the full 50-minute practice video a minimum of 3-times a week.

  3. If you have the time it is generally safe to do all three practice videos each day. I recommend Meditation in the morning, Jung-Choong breathing before bed, and the 50-Min complete practice anytime that is convenient.

  4. Journaling: After your practices try to take 2-mins to journal your personal insights and questions either into a journal or at least a note on your phone.

  5. Throughout your day try doing “Ji-Gam” with your hands when you are walking around.

  6. See if you can do Danjeon breathing while talking to other people. Notice how hard it is to relax your belly in social situations and also the magic that happens when you do…

  7. Schedule your 1-on-1 session ASAP. Slots fill and I can’t do more than 3 per day.

  8. Get yourself a copy of the tao te ching, shut off your phone before sundown and read the Tao when you are bored. The phone is sucking the life out of you after sundown..
